"This was my first experience with having  someone else cooking for a large group and it was awesome!  And so was Alysha. She met with us to discuss menu options, made suggestions and was very accommodating.  Alysha was totally organized, efficient, and professional.

The food was delicious; from the hor d’eouvres of baked brie and bacon wrapped figs to the entree of veal chops and her special polenta. She even cleaned up everything! The next big party I have I won’t be working, I’ll be calling!"

"Alysha Cable is one of the best caterers I have worked with. She has catered several parties for me already and I imagine many more to come! Her food is fantastic, the presentation is beautiful, and her demeanor and work ethic are top notch!  People always rave about her food! I love to throw parties but now I love it even more because Alysha provides such a fantastic service! I would (and have) recommend her to anyone!'"

Alysha ApronAbout Alysha and World Beat Cuisine

Alysha has been cooking and entertaining for years. She has had her own small catering business, doing occasional parties and dinners for the last 15 years. Her passion for cooking and entertaining led her to work in the kitchen at Catering by Rosemary, one of Austin’s largest catering companies, for 1.5 years, just for fun and to learn some of the tricks of the trade. She has been catering parties on her own since then.

Wanting to take her culinary education to the next level, Alysha is currently pursuing her Associates Degree in Culinary Arts.

Alysha Cable Primary ApronAlysha specializes in all kinds of ethnic cuisine, with certain affinity for the flavors of the Mediterranean, Spain, Italy, Asia and all types of Latin fare, not to mention good old “down home” American style cooking as well.
